Welcome to Coyote Kitchen

From our chef

My first food memory is rolling pasta with my nonna. She taught me the love and connection that food offers. I started Coyote Kitchen because so many people I care about have dietary restrictions. We’re here to support the Nashville community and offer you that same love and connection. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this wonderful experience, I promise I’ll keep showing up for you too.

Coyote Kitchen’s mission: “to make food that everyone can eat better than the food everyone can't”.

-Shayne, Chef/Owner

Quirks

We’re pretty old school when it comes to how we interact with our customers. We care about face-to-face interactions and providing a real customer experience.

We don’t enjoy social media or spending much time online in general. Our online presence is intentionally as minimal as possible. We’ll mostly post important updates and collaborations. We also avoid anything AI. It’s just not for us.
